Big Bass in Arkansas.....
After hearing about several 4-11 pounders being caught out of Lake Monticello from a one of our local bass pros', Scott Suggs, Lee and I decided to try our luck. So at 3am on Saturday morning, July 8th, we loaded up and drove almost 2hours to the "Hot Spot". This is my BIGGEST fish ever, as he was caught about 20 minutes before we were getting ready to leave (1:10pm). My first fish came at 9:30 and it was a 6 pounder, then I caught a 4 pounder (as if that wasn't good enough), then about a 3 pounder...them WHAMMMM.... Lee had seen this fish feeding on some minnows and commented to me so I tied on a spinner bait and put a trailer with a grub tail and on my second or third cast hung this monster. After about a five minute fight, around and under the boat, stripping my line, he came up for one last jump and THANK GOD, Lee put the net right under him. He was hooked pretty good. We will be going back next Saturday...for sure!!!

This is our wedding picture. We got married at the Candlelight Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas on October 12, 2001! When Lee proposed to me he asked me where I wanted to get married and since I had never been to Vegas, thats where we went. It was absolutely PERFECT. A limo picked us up and took us to get Lees tux and "Downtown" to get our marriage liscense and then off to the chapel. We stayed at the Aladdin (highly recommended) and have been back several times since then!! We don't go to gamble, just go to soak up the atmosphere. Really a neat place to go!

Just hangin here in Arkansas. Got married to a fellow classmate and moved to Little Rock after graduation. We divorced after 13 yrs of marriage in 2001. I found my soul mate/best friend and re-married in October 2001 in Las Vegas. I have a 12yr old son, Korbyn who keeps me busy. My husband Lee is an Investment Banker here in Little Rock.
I was an RDA (dental assistant) since high school and after 16 yrs I "retired". Now I'm more than happy to be a stay at home mom. My husband travels alot with his job and now that I'm not punchin a clock, I can travel with him, gladly!!
We stay really busy as a family with all that we do. The three of us fish (Lee and I are on the SKEETER BASS TEAM) bass tournaments, we hunt (deer) together, play golf and shoot compound bows. We stay busy with church, as we teach junior high Sunday school, and small group high schoolers.
Shortly after I moved to Little Rock in 1988, my entire family (Mom, Dad, sister and brother) moved to Little Rock. I guess they were ready for a change. (The photo above is from Christmas 2004 before Mom passed in Feb 05. From left to right: Chucky (Charles Jr), Myself (Tiffanee), Dad (Charles Sr), Mom (Bobbie), Timothy and Cambretta.
My Mom left this earth in Febuary 2005, and my Dad is on his fourth round of cancer. My older brother Chucky retired from the Army after 21yrs and lives in Fort Smith. My younger brother Timothy lives about 5 miles from me as my "little sister", Cambretta only lives 15 minutes way. Our sons are the same age, so we see each other daily. We are almost done building my Dad a small house on my sisters property, after selling the home that he and my Mom lived in. It's been really hard on him after loosing Mom and with his cancer treatments, but I thank the Lord for everyday he's still with us!
After "retiring" from the dental field I found my calling with The Pampered Chef. So I joined and now have my own Pampered Chef business..... That's how I came up with my name...the P stands for PAMPERED!!!! In which I truly am, in all aspects of my life. I fell so BLESSED to be where I am right now.
I started this blog so I could find some of my friends from high school. Class of 1987, Slidell High School in Slidell, Louisiana. We are coming up on our 20 year reunion.....Where has time gone??
